Hey does anyone here know Nichismo? If so can you call him for me (just in case he does not check the site often ) i sent him payment on Aug 25th he later replied that he had sent the batteries to the wrong address and they were returned to him and that he would send again on fedex but its been a wile and he has not replied to my pm's

There has been issues with him. He is quite slow at responding. Was it PayPal ?

When did you last hear from him? He logged in here last on 9/8 in the morning.

If you used a credit card with Paypal (my method of choice) I call the credit card company, explain the issue, and they usually initiate a charge back pending further information. That usually jumpstarts the other party to respond pretty quickly. If you used a bank account with Paypal, well, good luck there.

Yes it was paypal so I'm not concerned about getting my money back I know I will it's just I was just trying to honor the deal I understand people have different things going on in life and I'd be appreciative if someone gave me the same consideration, having said that if I don't hear from him or no one else chimes in that may have contact with him I will start the Pay Pal process
