Michael, to my understanding, here in OSE the first person to say I'll take it gets it first over others that might have made inquiries or offers prior to the person who said "I'll take it". Pooley said he will take the ESC but said he is interested in the MR200. Whereas I said I will take the MR200 and he has had plenty of time to respond but has not. Shouldn't I get MR200 then? Otherwise, I'm in the same situation where I made an offer for the hull which you said not yet but then shouldn't I be allowed to get another chance at it since I was the first to have interest in the hull just like Pooley said he was interested in the receiver? Otherwise, I would also get the hull at the said price. I see where I might be wrong but that should be case with the MR200 where there was only interest where I said I will take it. He could have said "I will take the receiver what do you want for it" but instead he said "I'm interested in the receiver what do you want for it." I'm only questioning this because there has been a long discussion with this on this Thread: Dinogy's- 5s 6000mAh, 65c lipos x 2. . .Pooley should understand this he was involved with the dinogy thread and had a debate with SANTAVY1. . .perhaps you could look it up please because moderators step in and I thought I got a clear understanding of offers, intent to buy and I will take it. . .thanks

BTW I mean no disrespect or to offend anyone here. . .I just want a clear understanding of the rules and if I have upset or will upset anyone with my statements then I apologize ahead of time. It's just that I want a fair chance at getting the receiver and the hull. It's very late and I'm super tired so I may certainly be wrong with this, then I will bow down and it's done. thank you

Thought the same thing regarding the hull with the order he mentioned. Thought I was first in line for the hull and motor. Oh well.

In regards to the hull, bp9145 posted "id you will not take $175 shipped on the hull i will just take the mr 200". That would make one assume you were not interested unless you got it for your offer price. As for Keagan z06. The seller posted that he was in the understanding that you were not interested unless it was complete. You then asked him 2 questions about the possibility to include extra parts to make it rtr & the seller responded that he could not accomodate you & you said "ok, no problem ".

This gave me the impression it was still available

I just saw the other posts about the order of the offers. I'm sorry, guys. I've always thought this was a tricky thing, too. From the the prior conversations, Keagan-Z06, I must have misunderstood - I thought you were only interested in the whole package (hull, ESC, receiver & motor). Bp9145, going by the order of the posts, and in my effort to be fair, since Pooley had already said he wanted the ESC & asked how much for the receiver, I felt he was first in line for it. And on the hull, I apologize if you wanted to make another offer on it. I thought $175 was your final offer. I've been in the same situation before so I'm very sorry.
