Former Club-Mate Stephen Williamson’s race prepped Proboat Geico Cat ready for new adventure.

Sponsons trued, rudder offset, brass strut bushing replaced with lead-teflon bushings, Octura .150 flexshaft w. stainless drive dog, inside hull seams reinforced with FG tape/GFlex resin , motor mount clearanced for larger.187 collett should .187 flex used for 4074-size motor, battery trays lowered in sponsons to create lower CG for more stability cornering in racewater , Scott Tiqueman heavy-duty fiberglass hatch (includes stock Tupperware sub-hatch), Proboat PRB 8061 Digital servo
Hull is completely solid / intact with minor non-structural surface gelcoat crack on the deck plus some on the hatch that are non-structural. Exterior paint is durable semi-gloss so cosmetically it’s perfect for racing but not a concourse contestant. I re-shot interior to freshen it. There’s no way I can describe the interior as anything but “used” but regardless the boat is solid and capable for racing or just pond bashing. FWIW boat has been and still is very competitive for P-Ltd Cat Sprints ( I rigged it and loaned to club-mate Brad R. & he beat/out-pointed my MC at last NAMBA four heat sprints earlier this year . )
