    Dinogy's- 5s 6000mAh, 65c lipos x 2

Each pack has 8 runs on them. These packs are flawless, never ran below 3.6-3.7 volts per cell, and always stored at appropriate voltage. Fitted with 8mm bullets. I paid $300 total w/shipping for both packs about 2 months ago, I'll let them go for $OLD FUNDS RECEIVED Let me know if you need more pics or have any further questions. Thanks!

Since this is an auction now if they fit and I spoke first I'll take them at full price

I just looked up the size and they do fit

I do not see anywhere in your post saying "I will take them" All you did was offer a price he was not asking. Also this is not an auction as stated in seller rules 1a.
1a. Every item must have a price listed with it. This section is not for bidding/auctions.

I agreed to the price listed.
In no way am I trying to be rude here. I am just stating the facts and think the sale should be complete of course if seller agrees.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't been present on the forums for a few days. I just got back into town. Regarding price and the rules, I have to honor the person that offers full price first since this is not an auction. Unless there is a rule stating otherwise, SANTAVY1- you were the first to offer full price and thus get the batt's. Pooley- I apologize, but SANTAVY1 is correct and I must honor his bid for the first to bid full price.

If the mods, or anyone else have an issue with this, if I'm not following the rules appropriately, please let me know. Thank you!

SANTAVY1- As long as we're good here I will PM you with my email for paypal. I want to make sure that there aren't any issues first. Thanks guys!

                            No problem
To me its a matter of honor amoung men which is not displayed here when I saw the batteries that i needed there were for sale there was already an offer on them, so I sat back and waited to see if the seller would except he did not I then waited to see if the person making the offer would step up he did not so then i stepped in with an offer you didnt even allow the seller to reply before you jumped in Santa so if thats what your personality dictates no big deal.

Really I've been around for a long time in this Hobby and since this forum went to these rules I have never seen such dishonorable stuff in this Hobby till now I really believe that one of the many many many moderators should push for a rule change if a person shows interest and places an offer the only true right thing to do is to allow the seller to make a decision on the offer before jumping in trying to overbid the person as in an auction.

The rule on this is quite clear; --" 5. The first reply post that shows intent to buy is first in line to buy the item."
Yours was only an offer, SANTAVY1's was INTENT!
BTW, hinting at dishonor is a bit over the top.
