    Raptor Rigger P or P-Limited

    Hello all,

I have a Raptor Rigger for sale. This was Brian’s personal boat that I purchased directly from him. This version has a vacuum bagged carbon fiber tub. There are not many of these out there. From my understanding most of them are fiberglass. Another key feature of this hull is the rear sponsons. The earlier design utilized the center ski type design. IMO the boat is much better with rear sponsons is a more recent design.

For a time this exact boat held both IMPBA and NAMBA 2 Lap Oval records. The NAMBA record was set with Brian at the wheel. The current IMPBA record was set by me.

This is a fast boat with no bad habits.

I am looking to sell as hull, hardware, flex shaft, and steering servo. Price is $575 shipped in the US. The boat will be disassembled to aid in shipping. (motor/controller isn’t included although they show in the pictures).

I can make the boat ARTR (add TX/RX) including prop in a P-Limited or P configuration for a price. These would be the exact setups that I ran.

    Thanks
    Mike

How was it when it set the NAMBA and IMPBA records ? Did it have the same motor/esc that you have currently?

Yes - I have all of the same equipment used when I set the IMPBA record. I am not exactly sure what motor/controller/prop combo he was using; however, I think the setups were similar as I consulted Brian after the boat was purchased from him.

Here is the video from the record run

            Thanks,

              Hi mike,
Would you sell the boat for $575 with motor and prop for $575? I'm very interested. Lmk

Sorry I won't be going that low...

What prop are you wanting; heat racing or the prop I used for 2 lap trials? The 2 lap prop has been worked and could probably stand to have some cup taken back out of it.

Motor, cooling can, collet, and heat racing prop +$150
Motor, cooling can, collet, and 2 lap worked prop +165

I know prices may seem steep, but not many of these come up for sale AND have the performance history to go with it. It's ready to rock and roll!

                Later,
                Mike

I was thinking a motor for p limited. Aquacraft 2030kv. I want this for heat racing.
Can you do $575 with the aq 2030kv?

AQ 2030 (previously ran in the boat), cooling can, and collet will be an extra $60.

                    Thanks

It's a nice boat, but I'll have to pass. If you change your mind, my offer stands at $575 with a aq 2030kv. Lmk as I'm contemplating other options. Thanks
