Is the 40x53 3 blade read as 40mm dia and 53mm pitch or (40/25.4)*2.08 or 3.27 total pitch?

2.08 but this one has a little added.

I'm sorry, these seats confuse me, so is the total pitch 2.08, or in the 3.0's?

It started at 2.08 but it's been cupped up a bit. It's not in the 3+ range.
