Is that comparable TP the TP 4070 power wise

No I don't think so. The 4082 is the size of a Neu 1521, the Tp 4070 a Neu 1527-1530 size wise, so more power with the Tp.

Have the wires been shortened? How many S did you run it on and with what ESC?

I ran it on 6s, wires haven't been shortened I used the seaking 180. They were used in my mhz nomad 41," a twin setup.
