Hyperion HS 4035/800kv 4200 continous watt outrunner NEW IN SEALED BOX

I have two of these beasts New in Sealed box left that I'm not going to use anytime soon... These are the latest model they made and are made by scorpion for hyperion. These are of course the HS (high speed/Rpm) models perfect for our boats.

These are the 8mm Shaft Version too! Not the 6mm... These are monster outrunners!

I don't know that you will see these ANYWHERE anymore... Where I got them was the last place I could source them period, and even shipping from over the big pond ... they're all gone now

    $109 each shipped.

DROPPED PRICE TO $97 Each Shipped in US!!!!!

Or buy the pair for your next BIG twin! $185 Shipped For both.

As we are well aware, many folks use these in the big 70"ish cats, etc.... in twin format, and/or they've been used in 1/8 scale hydros, etc.. in single format... great motors and great sound :)

I'm practically outrunner ignorant as I don't know what outrunner is comparable to what inrunner. What inrunner would you say would be equivalent to these?

***Edit: Specifically, I'm starting a build for a 72" cat & was planning on a pair of SkyRC 4-pole x528 Beast inrunners to turn x470's. How would these compare?

      Thanks,
      Michael P.

that's a good example... they are 4200watt constant and around 6000 watts max... so equivalent would probably be a 1527 NEU or the like, or even a NEU 2215 possibly/Leopard 56mm can...... but these outrunners are known to be able to turn a big prop!!!

This is what a TON of guys use them in... the 1/8 scale hydros or any boat in the 39-50" range as a single.... this vid is only on 8s and it can run 10s...

lots of other vids of them too... punch in 4035/800 ...

these motors were the latest versions and made for hyperion by scorpion.. they are essentially a scorpion motor with a prettier blue can :)

Oh now I see... others can chime in here as well... some of the pros will tell you these would work great in your setup.... excellent actually.... if I had a 72" cat that's what they'd be going in lol. 10s each side, and they can handle 12s rpm wise no problem, but would need some airflow... the 4035/800's are also used in LARGE EDF jets in 120mm Dynamax fans, etc... they run the 4035/800kv's on 12s in the jets... but they have lots of airflow... 10s will do plenty of rpms still and be reliable in a twin setup for sure.
