It's time to thin down some of the "projects" I've had waiting for me for too many years now.
Offering up my Pro Boat Mystic "Minus-Two" Cat hull! This is a Pro Boat Mystic 29 that I've shortened to 27" to make it a legal N2-Cat. There is a thread here on OSE somewhere where I detailed the procedure. Involved cutting off the overhang, and removing 1/2" from the sponson tips.
This hull was used at the SAW as well to establish the initial NAMBA N2-Cat SAW record of 65.xxx mph. It also works VERY well for oval and offshore racing. Bottom has some pretty nice modifications to it to make it work right. Some of these were incorporated into the new V3 version of the BJ29 and Miss G hulls.
NOW, the project part of this comes in. On a subsequent SAW run, the ESC burnt up (due to a factory S/W error, as it turns out), and the hull got "stinky".
I've cleaned almost all of it out and the hull is pretty clean inside. Still has some odor, and it may require a bit more cleaning, or maybe some internal paint/epoxy to seal the smell in. There are also a couple of small cracks in the front where the hull is joined that could use some quick repair. A little thin CA would probably do the trick.
Comes with motor mount and strut. Stuffing tube is currently setup for .078 Wire. You might want to replace this for a standard cable.
Anyhow, like I mention in the title, this is a "project" that I just don't have time to tackle right now. Should make someone a fun boat to tinker on.
How about $65.00 shipped in the USA and it's yours.
