I just talked to my friend and asked if he's ok with 80 shipped. He said he wants to sell it as one with the boat for 300 or the batteries he will let go separately for 100. They are essentially new, never even got discharged all the way down. he just never really got into it. If that's ok with you, they are yours. At this point he just wants to break even and sell everything off.
