    ***Toys'Port Jolly Catamaran***

Used Toys'Port Jolly Catamaran, bought this from Loki a few years back, he ran it 5 times. Bought as Hull/ Hardware, I added motor/ESC/servo/Prop and then I ran it once.
The Hull has (2) holes from where his dog bit into it, could be easily repaired, just don't have time these days.
Few other nicks, captured in pics, the holes and nicks do not affect the hull performance.

    Comes with:
    -Hull and Factory Hardware
    -Factory Stand
    -Battery Trays
-Neu 1521/ 1Y/ S, dated 01/14/10 only One run, bought new from OSE
-Seaking 180 ESC w/ (5) Cap Bank, w/ 5.5mm bullets, bought new from OSE
    -Custom coupler from Wholt
    -S&B M645
    -Savox SC-1267 Servo

    PRICE: $OLD to Gusmoyer11

How long is it? Also do you know how fast it is? Is it a good rough water boat?

Just FYI I believe a 1521 1y is a 1577kv motor, meaning the "hot" setup for running is 6s, but can be run on both 4 and 5s as well if you want to tone it down for choppy water. The boat with that NEU can take a pretty nice sized prop too... I would think a x447, or even a x450 on 6s should put you in 70mph range with that setup. Toysport Hulls are very well made, and strong hulls even just the fiberglass versions... as for chop they do pretty well in reasonable chop, the boat is 35" long, so obviously its happiest on smooth water or light chop, but can certainly take some heavier chop being controlled by a well versed r/c boater. Just trying to help here... I also have bought from RCbidder on several occasions, hes a class act... and you won't be unhappy with this setup, its a absolute steal at his price. If I didn't have a paint job on my mystic 114 to pay for because of last nights mishap, it would be coming my way.

Also want to ad, it looks like a factory built hull/hardware/servo mount/motor mount .... which is perfectly made or the boat, in fact its amazing how precise the toysport gear fits each hull ... literal perfection as far as when you hold it in your hand you can see the hardware was designed for THIS boat....

Jason, thanks for the help, answering questions.
Hardware is Factory mounted, so all the set-up and guess work is done for you. You just tweek the Motor windings/ prop size and lipo count.
The build on the Toys'Port are very top notch, the fit and finish are benchmarks, when it comes to these size boats. I always wished they built larger version of their monos and cats.
I would keep these, but my itch for Turbine jets is taking a front seat to the boats.

Motor is 1577Kv, I ran it on 4s/5000 2P, the ESC will handle upto 6s, 6s would be very fast, but very limited in run time.

Is the drive a cable? Also did you ever get a speed when you did run it?

Did this one have any issues with porpoising? I would be running 4s2p for now. Also did you just use hatch tape? Do you by chance have the total weight?
