I am not sure what happened, I made an offer and the reply was "sold" I intrepreted that as an acceptance of the offer, I sent a PM to organize payment. Then the same response came "sold" so I now intrepert that it had already been sold at the time I made the offer but item was still listed as available.

It's kinda sad that this guy participates in this forum exactly never, and only comes here to sell.
It should be required that you have a certain number of posts before you can sell anything.
I equate crap like this to spam.

Actually Dana we have had some discussions about that.

As Doug can tell you we have this requirement on International Waters-

#1- There is a minimum 3 year I/W membership or 30 post requirement before any I/W member is allowed to post items for sale. We have always been all about promoting a brotherhood type atmosphere and unfortunately we have had instances of people taking advantage of that so now unless you have been an established I/W member for at least 3 years or you have accumulated 30 posts in other forums you will not be allowed to sell any items.
