It is easy: ( I am only giving you a heads up, moderating is NOT my duty and I make no judgements)
the rules here stipulate that you openly tell the seller how much you want to offer or you say " I will take it" ( meaning at his asking price), then WAIT for him to respond, typically he will make a counter offer or decline your offer. if he agrees to sell you, typically he sends the PM to you for his PayPal address. If the seller forgets or is slow to send you his PP addy in PM , you can post again here to remind him to send you the info. For the actually delivery address, that can be done via PM as well.
Some seller prefer to do EVERYTHING in the OPEN, they will give out their e mail here as well.

I remember, but too many people not respecting the rules, anytime when an organization grows , the pain level increases proportionally. What can you do?? I am with you, wish this is not so complexed...

Actually I did not. But thanks for showing your true colors Mr Clark and assuming you are the best and better than all of us little ose-eans.. Its comments from mods like yourself why I choose not to participate much on OSE any more. Your doing the best job of all of them pushing away valuable members of the community. Keep it up!

Scott, your hatch is boxed and a label with tracking has been created. You should have an email with the info. I will drop it off at the PO tomorrow am and you should see it Tuesday.
