Get the joysway super mono x its like 25.00 cheaper and use that extra cash to buy a seaking 35s esc which will match the motor timing much better run cooler and much faster, also OSE sell a machined aluminium 32mm prop for 13.00 and you would have a sweet little boat fast and reliable with self righting, same boat but different color.

Thanks for the info. But it appears that they don't sell the super mono x in rtr anymore. At least I can't find one. And if I was looking at getting one (or them) as christmas gifts I would get the ARR. The best deal I can find on the barbwire is through tower hobbies. I can get it for 140 with 2 day shipping. So I haven't pulled the trigger yet. Going to have to decide today though!!!

it says its not ready to run but it still comes with a radio all you need is a battery and charger i use use cheap nano-tech batteries from hobbyking 1300mah and 1500mah 3s batteries really cheap and a value hobby 18.00 charger much better than what comes with the barbwire the charger fails and the batteries suck, IMO i also purchase a carbon plastic OSE 32 mm prop or a machined prop both 32 mm sizes its 13.00 for aluminum and 3.00 for the carbon plastic. the seaking 35a v2 esc is about 30 dollars best investment ever dont get the 30a v3 timing done match upwith the motor and over heats and stutters even trying to program the esc, kintec racxing has the v2 35a esc instock

Amazon sells them with radio, it does not mention it but it does come with the radio, what you see in the pictures in this thread thats exactly how it comes i have a few batteries around stock ones and some some esc's for spares I would be willing to through your way for 35 dollars I might even have a charger I can throw in if you pay shipping for it. Shipping might be around 5.95 for the whole lot. If you are not interested I will still send you some spares for just shipping cost.

Let me know if you are interested you will get twice as much as the barbwire for a little extra cost.

I'll even throw in some spare parts for free that I dont use just pay shipping first class its like 2.89 my guess

Yea luckily I figured that out. I ordered one up for my father-in-law and was a learning to get it by Christmas. Boy I love free two day shipping! I'll ask him if he is interested in your offer. I think he already ordered a couple battery's from hobby king but more is always better!
