SOLD !!!!! This Genesis/Daytona has had alot of mods done to it. I want to sell it as a hull with hardware, but if someone wants to buy it rtr then we can talk. It currently has a Neu 1515 2200kv with a castle 240a with additional capbank. Hull has a cf inlay, tips have been filled with epoxy, then partially filled with 2 part foam. Tips have also been beefed up on outside of hull with a touch of JB weld. The transom has also been beefed up with JB weld. Motor mount has also been beefed up, its designed to run a Neu or Castle 15xx series motor or a 40mm. Upgraded flex .187, stuffing tube has been designed to be easily replaced or cleaned. Just remove strut and it slides out. Larger cooling lines than stock. I'm sure I've missed some of the upgrades. This hull is very fast, current setup running 6S with a modded 642 prop was gps'd at 78mph. If tuned right you can run a 445 prop, have not got a confirmed gps run with this prop yet, but it was very fast. This hull has been setup for "SAW" type running, but it seems to corner fine. I have done some minor sanding to bottom of hull for blueprinting. Hull and hardware, flexshaft and servo. This boat, was rcvd. But it was very damaged in shipping. I want to openly tk Wade for the way he is working with me to get this handled. Guys I cant say it loud enough or often enough....Insure your packages for more than there worth, to cover the PITA that doing a claim with shipping co. involves....again tks Wade your a cool guy... Just want to chime in here. Per the above the boat arrived with some nice cracks. Olwarbirds was very responsive and actually sent a replacement hull. Still fighting with the shipping company on the claim, but a stand up guy DJ is. No doubt about it.Comment
