EXCELLENT Used Pursuit Hull and Hardware

Here we go, this isn’t your average Pursuit! It may look like it on the outside, BUT it’s what’s on inside that counts (at least that’s what my Mom used to say)…

This is the hull and hardware you would get if you were to buy from HK. However, I was very dis-pleased with the internal set up from HK.

The boat was bought and used at the NAMBA Nationals for less than 10 runs.

    • First of all the boat was completely stripped and I did a carbon fiber inlay
    • I then designed and built a stringer system to hold a Jim Williams Motor Mount. I will need to double check if it’s 4” or 5” rails
    • The stuffing tube was reinstalled flooded type system using a carbon fiber tube
    • The HK strut was modified (removed lead bushing system) so that I could use the more traditional .187( w/.187 stub) flex shaft using a brass floating bushing system
    • Receiver, servo mount, and ESC mount were redesigned into the stringer system. As well as the steering push rod. A VERY solid set up with little to no slop
    • Boat includes a Hughey .187 Flex shaft with 5mm collet.

In my opinion, this boat is in better structural and mechanical condition than buying directly from HK. Pictures tell it all….

Price is $200 and the buyer pays for the ride

    Thanks
    Mike

interested in the Hull (after a 6 month absense from rc boating... have been racing buggies/indoor track). Can you tell me what i will need to complete the project and get her on the water? last boat was a JAE mini-rigger. had a UL-1 (should have kept) and a nitro tunnel/vs-3, which was also great. thank you. Harry in San Diego, ca.

                Hi Harry,

It looks like shipping (depending on zip code) is going to be anywhere between $23-$18 for shipping via FedEx or UPS. This will also include $200 of insurance

How about you send me $220 and we will call it good?

I will PM you my PayPal information.

                Thanks
                Mike
