Comes with motor, ESC, drive and steering systems, prop, and (2) 1600mah 2s lipos.
I haven't touched this boat for about a year, but it worked fine last time I used it. It's a fun little boat and self rights when it flips.
Sold as is. I will bench test it before it ships to make sure everything works when it leaves.

It's been sitting for a while Chuck. I haven't touched the boat or the lipos in a long time. How's $150 shipped sound with the understanding that this hasn't been ran in a while and the lipos haven't been tested (IIRC one of them had a different plug on it when I got it from you and I think it still does. I never used that one.)
