    White Revolt 30 for Sale!

I pretty much own most of Grimracer’s line of RTR FE boats, except the Revolt 30. Just missing a Mono, unfortunately no new Revolt’s are available anymore, I waited too long. Certainly don’t want an ABS version if the rumors are true.

To make a long story short, I ended up bidding on two auctions on eBay. Guess what, I won them both! Then I found a local guy selling a custom built Revolt for such a good price I had to buy it. I had no Revolt just a week ago, now I have 3!!!

I honestly want to keep all 3 boats, but I don’t have room on my wall! So, I’m going to have to let one go. I’m keeping the custom build one and probably the blue one for some variety of colors. So the extra white one will be up for sale.

If anyone is interested in a white Revolt 30, mostly stock setup for parallel dual 2S (4S), with a SeaKing 120amp ESC. It didn’t come with a receiver or transmitter. I paid $220 to win it, along with delivery. I’m willing to let it go for $200, which includes me shipping it to you. I’ll drop the price for local San Diego pick-up.

The boat is currently being shipped to me, I should have it by this Thursday. I need to inspect it and do some bench testing, and then final field testing with at least 4 packs before I can be confident to sell it to someone else.

Contact me if you are interested in this boat, I'll keep you apprised of the inspection and testing. If I find any defects or issue that I can't fix satisfactory, we can drop the price of course.

Current photos of white and blue Revolt from eBay, I'll have more detailed soon.

Sounds good. I posted some of the eBay photos, but I'll have the detailed photos and my inspection details when the boat comes in later this week.

My plan is the take everything apart and do a full inspection, note any issues or defects, fix and upgrade if necessary, and get it out in fresh water for a thorough test.

Depending on what I find, I may lower the price further.

            UPDATE:

Ok, so the white boat I wanted to sell finally came in, unfortunately its not in the condition I would have liked.

Where the stuffing tube and transom connects at the base of the boat was repaired with some sort of silicone, just gooped on. The transom where the rudder connects was repaired, but you can clearly still see the cracks on the outside, not sure how strong it really is.

Just about every piece of hardware on the back has evidence of some sort of strike with a hard object, so little dings here on there on the turn fins, rudder, etc. The stand is being held together by tape.

I contacted the seller and stated he misrepresented the condition of the boat, after talking with him, I felt bad about his personal situation and decided not to pursue a refund.

I'm not sure if I will sell this boat in the condition it's in, unless someone wants a project boat? I still need to do a full mechanical function check when I get it home.

I may be interested, let me know a price as is.

If we had noticed this earlier in the game the thread would have been deleted. In the future please wait until you actually have the boat before attempting to sell it.
I took a broom and dust pan through the thread.

                  Thank you sir.
