Whiplash 20 FE Deck Flat Tape Conversion Pcs LSH

Might not look like much, but this is GOLD if you are building an FE Whiplash 20. These deck pieces will allow a flat tape hatch. There are two included. One is hand made (pcs are glued together and includes a back top hatch completed). The other is laser cut (pcs are not yet glued together). Both are prototypes of the final version I made, but figured they could still be of use to someone. If you don’t have advanced wood skills, I wouldn’t purchase this, but if you are willing to cut/shave/trim/glue/tweak, etc… then this is for you! Only $25 shipped. I probably have at least 4 hours into these! The laser cut version allows more room to install batts. Thanks!

BTW - The third picture is just an example of what can be done. The UL-1 hatch is not included!!!!!

Can I still have dibs on this? Might take a pair so Jay can do up his whip the same way but, can't speak for him. I'll be helping him with the builds this winter.

Ray, yes of course. You have dibs.

However, just to be clear.....there are no 'doubles' of anything. The sale is for two seperate, unique decks in the first and second photos. They are just prototypes. My final version was a lot different. The one with the thick edges is hand made, and the one with the thin edges is laser cut. The thick edge pc is a little too thick for installing/removing batteries in my opinion, that's why I went with the thinner one in the end.
