        The hull arrived yesterday.

        Fast shipping.

The hull is as described with one exception. There is some additional stress cracking in the area of the stuffing tube which was not mentioned in the description and not evident in the photos. Shipping Damage? I don't know. I'm Iinclined to think it is since the description appeared to outline the existing defects. The hull appeared to be well packed. Otherwise, I would have prefered the seller had pointed it out as he did with the stress cracking on the hatch.

        Regards

Hmm? I don't recall seeing stress cracks around the shaft? It is possible as I have been racing this thing forever and may have missed it. Does it prevent the boat from working or require any additional work from you to get it ready to run? I stand behind what I sell (even though it used), and am happy to do whatever you think needs to be done to make it right. If you would like a refund or some credit to feel good about the transaction I will take care of it. Or anything else for that matter.

I was thinking about this some more. I also have insurance on the boat, so we might can do something if it is bad. There should be nothing "bad" as I would have seen that. A picture might help me see what you are talking about if you want to do that. Curious whether it is something I missed or something that happened during the ship process. I would hate to see that it is something extensive as that would be shipping for sure because I packed it well.

                  Hi Electric,
I would like the TX/RX that came with it too, if you can rustle it up. Let me know total, and I will PP.
                  Thanks!
                  Bob

OK, I found the radio (Tactic) and a receiver. I got it hooked up and all is in working order. So 155 + 20 = $175. I have an x442 prop on the boat right now. If you want to prop down to an x440 I can do that for you as well. I am using the 5.5mm bullet connectors for the esc. As a bonus, I will throw in a lipo for you to start with if you would like? I have some older batteries that are in "good" shape, not puffed, that are too old to use for racing, but good for "sport" usage for awhile maybe. Also, the radio will come with the batteries that are in it, but I would recommend you put a fresh set in before you run the boat. Let me know when you have paypal'd me. I am assuming you are new to boats, so also just do a few laps the first run and bring it in to ensure everything is dry and no heat issues. It should be fine, as I have raced this boat in the limited class, but it has been sitting awhile.

                        Yes,
I am quite new to boats. So, any thing, and everything, that you can or would throw in the box would be of benefit to me!
                        Sending PP.
                        Thanks again,
                        Bob T.
