    Mini Mono + 2 3s -2200 batteries for sale

UPDATE- I only have the RC boat left [+ its receiver] and lipo charger. Im up for offers on it, shipping I would have to calculate but im guessing $15-$20 to ship it. As I said below, the boat does work but it has been modded, and anyone who knows what they are doing can fix it right up again.

Hello, I am selling my Mini Mono plus its receiver, 3x 3s 2200 Mah batteries and the charger for them. The condition of the Mini Mono is "modified", I have pictures of the boat showing the modifications. The receiver is of course, just the receiver for the boat and it is 100% stock [batteries included]. The reason I modified the Mono is that I initially wanted to use larger batteries so that it would run longer, well the batteries I purchased fit but just barely - and they also caused the boat to tilt a small amount. I moved the Servo holder in order to free up some space for the battery. The results were not what I wanted and honestly I should have just stuck with the smaller sized batteries to begin with. The boat does work though - its motor is perfect, it takes a signal from the receiver, and you can put it in the water and drive it around, though it wants to "dive" under the water if you pick up speed. The main modification is the propellor prop area, it came off and I used a tie wrap to keep it on [viewable in one of the pictures] but the stability of the boat suffers due to it. Another area of modification, again is the servo. The servo horn that came with it broke, so I ordered a metal servo horn. The servo itself is slightly stripped [where you attach the horn].

As far as the batteries go, one is brand new and is still in its wrapper. The other two have been used, but less than 20 times total I would say. They are 3s tenergy 2200 mah batteries and they work completely fine. Also included is a charger for the batteries.

Someone with experience, im sure, could easily fix this boat up since mechanically everything works. Anyways I am willing to take offers, I prefer paypal for payment. I know I only have a few posts and my word means little considering that, but I am a honest seller. I prefer to sell everything as a set and to not sell items individually, but again I am open for offers.

To recap, and per the rules I must add a price..Ill take $125.00 for everything, shipping is $25.00. I am willing to negotiate.

    *Mini Mono for sale
*Includes receiver + the batteries to run it
*3x 3s 2200Mah batteries + charger, I made a typo when I put in 2x batteries in the topic title. It is 3. The labels on two of the batteries are not there since I put velcro on them to keep them stable in the boat and the label came off with the velco when I removed it.
    *Metal propellor prop

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind.

Is that the prop that comes stock with the boat or a different one?

I see the rudder has the twist tie on it, but you said it's the prop that had an issue? What's actually wrong there? Is something broken, or is there just an oring missing that's supposed to hold the rudder in place?

On your internal mods to move the servo, what did you do there exactly? Is the mod reversible?

Hello, ill answer your questions line by line.

            1. Its a aftermarket prop, the exact name of it is this: Octura x435 Sharpened & Balanced. It was a upgrade that I purchased for the boat, purely for speed reasons.
            2. As far as the rudder goes, the original one came off of the boat when i was using it in a lake and it sunk [the rubber band that was attached to that rudder out of the factory was brittle and snapped, allowing it to sink]. I purchased a replacement rudder and used a twist tie as a "peace of mind" incase the rudder came off again, it never did. I also purchased a replacement servo horn aswell.
            3. My plan was to file down a raised plastic area that holds the servo, in order to move the servo itself to the right side of the boat - thus freeing up space to put in a 2200 mah battery. Out of the box, the boat is limited to 1500 mah i believe. It is reversible if you are experienced with modding RC boats, if not I would say no. I was able to put a 2200mah battery in by doing this, but the stability was off from it, and I was in over my head by this point and gave up on it.
3a. The velcro inside the boat was placed there for two reasons - One was for increased stability on the Servo and Two to keep the battery in place [I no longer have the batteries but they originally had Velcro on them aswell].

The exact list of parts i purchased are here:
            http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Metal Servo Horn
            http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Rudder set
            http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Rudder linkage /w arm

X435 prop you have to google search since amazon doesnt carry it anymore. Its exact name is: Octura x435 Sharpened & Balanced

All in all, myself I am not at all experienced with this stuff and i got in over my head. So thats why im selling it. I have a Balaenoptera Musculus cheapo boat to drive around now and maybe someday far off ill dip my toes into this higher end stuff again...

If you have anymore questions feel free to ask.

I don't necessarily mind a project when the price is right. I'm fairly new to boats, but I've been tinkering with airplanes and cars for a while now. When you've rebuilt the entire front of a plane that went in, rebuilding a servo mount sounds pretty simple. Would you take $40 shipped for it including the charger?
