CF Fightercat Fantasm 42" hull plus hardware wet 3 times

ok so i have decided to drop the price one last time, if it doesnt sell for $800 shipped then i guess i will be keeping it, since it is worth so much more. mint condition hull no scratches or chips, absolutely nothing wrong with boat, all hardware is in perfect condition, solar servo is mounted in it, there is a small amount of rust on the servo screw. motors and esc in picture are not included $800 shipped last chance

Can you explain why there is so much rust inside the boat? Was it run in saltwater?
Too many boats, not enough time...

What would help you out is if you put pics of the bottom, whole boat, drives, better details, clean up the rust. It's hard for someone to come out of pocket $800 for a boat without clear pictures or description. Also if your trying to get $800 for it at least change out the rusted t nuts...I mean it looks pretty rough for being wet only 3 times.

I'm going to chime in here and help the OP a bit...
This boat has our old-style hatch bolt kit. With these kits, the thread bosses were meant to be painted with the boat since they are steel(Our new pro-style kits are stainless so it doesn't matter). In this case the boat was never painted, so the hatch threads would easily rust after just a couple runs if they weren't oiled.

This was a special lamination that featured carbon fiber and coremat inlay reinforcements. It's NOTHING like a normal CF Fantasm. The sides of this boat feel like carbon plate.
This would be a good way for someone to get into the next level of FE boating. This would make a good entry-level SAW boat, or a fun sport boat.
The build thread on this one is very short without a lot of detail, and I don't recall what I used on it for drives, so perhaps Richard can post some better pics, if he hasn't given up on this thread.

I mean no disrespect for the OP, but seeing as you are on line, Keith, what would your advice be as a sport oriented set up? SAW is not in my foreseeable agenda, just wondering.
Also this is to OP: Are you including the flex cables? Can you provide some pics of the TFL out drives? Have they been modified to one piece cable/stub shafts?
            Thanks in advance.

              3665, 3674, 4065, 4074, 4082, LMT 1940, 1950, 2230, 2240 motors would all work, depending on your goals.
Something like 6s 1800kv 4074 or 4082 would be a very fun setup.

EDIT: If he does include the flexes, they will be the one-piece style, not the square drive style.

                Thanks, Keith.
One more question: on 6s, would that be 6s2p per side?!

To my knowledge, boat was sold else where, not here on the forum.
