Would you take $500 shipped to VA? and also, does this picture include the upgrades in regards to reinforcing the hull? I can't see it in the pics. Let me know, I'm ready to buy if that works for you. Thanks

Has the hull been wrecked or repaired and are all of the upgrades listed above as it relates to the hull?

When initially testing for SAWs I blew it over at about 80 and it popped the decking directly along the seam lines, something I found out afterwards can be an issue on the FC cats if not reinforced. I went in and added 2" wide 2x2 carbon twill strips along the side seams as far as I could reach into the sponsons. I then researched and bought some rather expensive top line 2 part marine foam and carefully filled in the sponson tips and front end of the hull in multiple applications. It then when to Jeff for the trick wrap that it has now. I blew it over on a back up pass at 100+ since the reinforcing and it remained rock solid.

Honestly I'll probably keep it before I go that low. I will consider selling without the 1521 for $400 plus shipping if that helps you or anyone else looking at it.

I'm really interested in it with the motor, I'm just gonna have to spend another $125 - $200 on an esc, that is why I'm asking if you would take the price offered :-(.

I have to make a trip into North Carolina this weekend. Since you told me you're in the Va. Beach area if you are willing to meet me somewhere along I-95 (like say where route 58 crosses) I'll let you have it for $550 delivered.

                Don,

I think I can make that meet happen , I have some furniture being delivered Saturday morning so I need a definite time we can connect. In regards to the price, I believe $525 is going to be where I can land with the purchase if you will accept that. It's gonna cost me $40 to make the 3hr drive to meet you so that's kind of putting me in bad spot but I guess it is what it is. So let's make it happen. In the meantime can you post some more close up pictures here in regards to the Rear of the boat, tips, and inside without the Floatation in the sides. I want to get my mind right on what I'm about to do with this baby!

                2 more questions:
                1. Is the rear Sponson/Transom re inforced in the boat
                2. Do you still have that NEU 1.5D 1860KV motor you had in a previous forum post?

Just out of curiosity, there are no hatch locks on this hull. Is the hull that tight/water secure that locks are unnecessary?

Correct. All my FE boats are tape only.

The Fightercat hatch lips are recessed deeply in to the deck. I had numerous blow overs on my 32 at 80+ and the hitch never hinted at opening up. Just make sure your batteries are secured and tape her up well.

                                Don,

I sent payment method info to the email address you sent me the pictures from. Thank you for providing the meeting spot on Saturday, I really appreciate the opportunity. I have plans for this baby, See you in 36 hours!

I use hatch tape on all my boats as well. Not really a fan of alternative lock down methods.
