    f/s castle hydra ice 240

Bought this a few weeks ago. Plans changed. It was missing two cooling tubes. I put them back on. I also ordered a new top and bottom from castle for it. They should be here in a couple days. The current one has some stress cracks in it and I like my stuff perfect. Has a castle cap bank on it too. I took the shrink off it because I was going to flip it around to fit in my boat better. I can flip it for you or leave as is and resin wrap it or send some shrink with it. Black or clear, your choice. This is the low voltage 8s version. $175 shipped in the us or best offer.

Tempting for the data logging.. Or I get and eagle tree.. Do you need another t180 by chance? Well I have one for my next build which is lightly used, I'll be running a 1717 and some data logging would be nice, we could work out a swap perhaps. I'm a little weary about buying a used ice 240 as I have seen so many go bad and have had a couple issued with used ESC. Do you have a successful history with the Ice ESC's?

I'd take one to have a spare. What you thinking?

Hey kfx - well I have a build planned that will run a 1717 and an Ice would be a nice addition. I have a T180 for that build so maybe we can do a swap plus cash. I'm a little hesitant buying a used ice240 as I have seen the issues they have when not used properly. Given you have new casing parts coming and its got the cap bank on it is reassuring. Do you have a successful history with the ice controllers? are you the original owner of this one? Lets talk price - I will have to *!***!***!***!** the t180 from Canada but you can ship to my US box addy. So trade, we'll each pay shipping (about $20 for me) and say $85us? Let me know how that sounds and please let me know on my couple of questions above. Cheers

I have never used one. I thought it would fit in my rivercat but it won't without me breaking the motor mounts out and moving them. I'm not the original owner, it has no smell to it and looks very well taken care of. The wires have not been cut and it all looks nice and tidy. No burnt smells. It will be bench tested before it goes out but I feel 100% certain it's in perfect working order.

I'd do $85 plus your t180 if you paid actual shipping for both items. Let me know

Ok as long as you do a good bench test.. I had an issue with an ESC i received once that bench tested fine but didn't work right under load.. I will Pay shipping on my end and send you $85. Shipping on your end to 98281 should be pretty cheap. Could you pay that on your end? USPS is pennies compared to shipping costs in Canada.

Tell you what. If you send me $95 instead of $85, I'll pick up the remainder of shipping. I will gladly run it in the boat this weekend and video it for you if you like. I'd like to see how the data logging works anyway. I won't cut the wires, run a small prop on it and desolate my connectors when done. Would that be a good test for you?

Shipping USPS small packet within the US is like $8 isn't it? Your not shipping it to me in Canada

That would be awesome if you could run it over the weekend and try it out as you haven't. Would be appreciated, I'm not in a rush to get it. Let me know how it goes! Thanks
