That is not good business, I sent you a message this morning right before I went to work and in my 30 minutes drive in which I could not answer emails I come back to this thread and see a pending sale. That's not cool, my question is , is the right thing going to be done with you honoring the fact I reached out to you multiple times this morning to purchase, and am willing to purchase for sale price and shipping or are you not going to honor me being the 1st to advise I would pay you today? Don Ferrette great how would you like to go about shipping costs? You want to go with a flat rate or you want me to box it up and get a price quote and then let you know.

No rush price quote for shipping works fine for me. Also if you like send me the box dimensions and total weight and I can email you a FedEx ground shipping label from my FedEx account. Just tape to the box and drop off at any place that accepts FedEx shipments.

........ further more, you reached out to me in the "Wanted to Buy Ad" advising me you had what I was looking for, I replied to you with a message because the thread kept populating your message to me ( maybe I'm slow and didn't understand fully I needed to delete that and put my own in for it to go through, what can I say, mistakes happen and I never have been in the WTB section so lessoned learned ) , any how, you then responded to my message and advised you would let it go for asking price and you advised me that the $275 sale would include shipping, I also gave you my Paypal information to bill me. A few minutes later you get an offer from "Don" ( no offense Don, this isn't about you) advising paying $275 plus shipping, at that time you dropped everything we had agreed on with out even reaching back out to me ( who was the 1st to advise I wanted to purchase ) to ask if I was able to pay. Bidding wars are not allowed on this forum either, gotta do the right thing, conduct business in a fair manner and honor committments. You didn't even give me a chance to respond and we were talking about a matter of 30 minutes in which I couldn't respond to you. I have been on this forum for sometime now and have not seen this occure as it has with out communicating fairly, Please do the right thing here.....

I am trying to follow the site rules as there seems to have been problems like this that have occurred before. Your offer (not a full price offer) to me was done through a PM and apparently this is not allowed ! And in the mean time I was made a full price offer here on this thread. You have to understand I was and am trying to comply to the site rules.

No offense either but as has been pointed out to me as well the forum rules are quite clear prohibiting selling via p/ms which is why it was offered to me. This is not a bidding war, it's about following the rules-

7a. Once the deal is agreed, Please mark the item on the OSE Swap Shop" Pending Payment".


These are the rules as you can see I operated within the confines of the rules. I also gave exlaination for why I on top of responding in the WTB FORUM, Also sent a message ( because I was having trouble sending my message there )

Exactly why these things need to be out in the open ON THE FORUM.
Good thing the offer wasn't agreed to via PM. The last two gentlemen to do that were banned for 30 days.

Well, I guess the WTB (Want to buy ) Forum is not an "OFFICIAL FORUM" then, cause if it was, my advisement to 64suicd that I wanted to purchase item would have been honored!(if your saying business should be in the forum) If you can not respond to the "WTB Forum" advising someone that you want to purchase an item then what is the purpose of that forum outside of just letting people know you are looking for an item. (and by the way , the rules say you have to post your intentions/offers, etc. in the forum, If you noticed I advised I wanted to purchased in 3 different areas to ensure that he saw I was interested.

It's sad that key facts are getting lost in the fog on this forum and that no one seems to care, I guess individuals will keep conducting business this way which is sad. On the flip side there are many individuals on this forum who do conduct business professionally, who do communicate effectively, and who do give buyers the courtesy to have an opportunity if they are 1st in line to purchase something and if expectations change to give that individual an opportunity to bow out so KUDOS TO THOSE OUT THERE WHO DO!

The only "key fact" that matters is that you sent an offer via PM that was declined. Your mistake! The for sale and WTB forums should not be comingled. As you can see it causes heartburn.

Finish your business via PM fellas, this one is done.

When the administrator finally gets tired of the nonsense and pulls the plug on the For sale forum, I'm going to throw a party, and everyone is invited!!
