Are these BRAND NEW and unused? I will take them if trigger doesn't if they are in fact unused.

Nope not BRAND NEW...They are new since they came with the boat I bought. I pulled them out of the AquaCraft UL-1 Superior Brushless FE Competition Hydroplane I purchased from Tower Hobbies and replaced with 1515/1Y and ESC. I did connect to the Grim Racer batteries to verify everything worked but did not test in water.
