All in very good shape. I got this with a boat and don't need it. I'm a JR guy. I have used this radio and it works great.
This is the most adjustable radio I have ever seen.

The TX needs a battery it is 100% dead will not take any charge, so no battery is included. It takes a 9.6v flat pack. I see on forums that some people are using a lipo. There is plenty of room for that.
