Send it back and I'll send another one. It was stored last time I used it and was fine. I will send another one if you send it back. Sorry

The pack was tossed in a flat rate box, no packing material.

Sorry man but I refuse to send this back through the mail. Its a hazard. Endangering someone's life isn't worth a measly 35 bucks.

It sound and looks like one of the balance leads to the cells was pulled out from bad shipping,
Or when the pack cracked opened on the end.

Lenny, even with the balance leads disconnected the pack shows 11.3 volts from the deans connector. Which leads me to believe either internal cell/connection failure or a flat lined cell.

                Yep,

And hard packs are a PITA to take apart to fix.

Jp, thanks for fixing this. Let me know when the new battery goes in the mail. I will post pics of this one with the wires cut off at the case to prove I will not be using this and disposing of it properly.

It was tight in the box and not moving around and it was the cracked one that you wanted but I didnt know a cell went bad. I will send you one of the good case batteries tomorrow. Sorry again
