I am selling my new build '69 Pay N pak Hook tail 1/10th scale hydroplane with lots of extras. This is built from my ML Boatworks 103 kit, and it has been set up to be used either as a clockwise or counterclockwise running hull. The current turn fin and flex cable included are ment to run as a clockwise configuration. I just don't have the time right now to finish or use this, so I am letting it go.
Included are:
1) Complete hull, with full Dupont basecoat/ clearcoat and Thunderboat graphics decals applied under clearcoat. Carbon fiber cloth in the floor and sponson bottoms. Full west systems epoxyed inside and out. Cowling is epoxy glass, and the rear fin is 6 ply 1/8" ply sandwiched between carbon fiber. Rear fin also goes all the way down to the deck for proper support...very strong.
2) Aeromarine rudder....This rudder is very nice, and is a discontinued rudder, which is a shame as it will look great on the hull.
3) Speedmaster 3/16" strut, 3/16" flex cable, and strut bushing
4) 4-40 steering rods and collars
5) (2) rubber steering rod boots
6) Rolls Royce Merlin 1/10th scale motor. Its wood, built from my laser cut kit, and fully painted in Dupont basecoat/clearcoat.
7) (2) thru hull, and (2) exit large Aeromarine water fittings
As you can see, (2) 4s 5000mah 65c lipos fit with ease up front. BATTERIES ARE NOT INCLUDED, for pictures only!
