I have a nice 2030 with little or no run time on it.
    This one, http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...120-marine-esc
But I never used it yet.
It has been just setting in one of my boxes of motors for builds to come.

Let me know what you think.

Got your motor and cooler today. Motor looks great- BUT-

Cooler... The one o-ring is cut and not useable. The O rings for the water fittings- one is gone one is dry rotted.

Ive been down this part of the path with the other situation I just had... I tried to fix it myself by buying the black O-rings but they will not FIT no matter what I try and how hard I try to push them on.

I see OSE offers the o-rings but are out of stock.

Let me know what you want to do.

The cooler o ring for the motor with the cut still should seal fine,
I had pull it off and on a couple of time and had checked for any leaks from them.
              And it was air tight,
As far as the nipple o rings I forgot that some have them.
Or I would have said something about them to you,
But I like to use a little bit of rtv silicone on the threads to make a good seal on the threaded nipple.

Test it for leaks with the o rings & rtv on the threads and let me know how you make out.
