have an unused neu 1530 1y 1100kv motor 8mm shaft...never seen any power..had this just sitting for a hull and now i am onto bigger ideas and i will need some cash...

Comes with hrc jacket and an aeromarine 8mm by 1/4 collet

Though I've tried, I cannot seem to find the actual specs on this motor, (I have a good idea). What is the can diameter? I have motor mounts for 40mm, & 45mm.

its a 40mm can 108mm in length...same as 1527 except longer..if i remember it was over 5000 watt capable

Lots of discussion. Did anybody buy this gem? I will if nobody else has claimed it. I'll make a boat for it over the winter. Got a scratch build in my head dying to get out.

I wont be building anything for it until winter. I'll still take it though. Someone in our club will use it until I get around to building. It's a pretty generous group we run with. Sometimes we forget who owns what.

I was even thinking it might work in a scale on 8s. Might be too much boat for that kv for a big fat scale boat. I just happen to have this laying around.
