Sorry to interrupt, I have been trying to get windshield for the Tehshock Samurai, since I don't have a clue to make a template, what is the general dimension of these? wonder if I can use them...

Hey Tim.
I would have to measure.
Best way to make a template is get some tape lay it over windshield area each piece over the top of the next.
Sketch the outline and remove tape as 1 piece.
Apply to paper and scan or mail it to me to use as a pattern and I can clean up all the edges.

With all cowls being different on the compound curves it's often hard to make 1 work that is for another hull without modifications.
I could email you the outline to see if it fits your boat and you can print it out to check it.
What width are you looking for?

Sorry to make you wait, the width is about 3.5", it is an odd shaped dome, I will follow your advive and try to trace it tomorrow.

I do not know that my genesis template fits very well, I have only has a few people that I emailed it to and never really heard back from any of them on it.
