Please excuse me for cluttering up this F/S thread, I like to know how difficult it is to install the water cooler jacket? I just don't get it how one can slip the "O" rings over the fins. shaft = 5mm or 8mm?

You put the o rings on the motor first inbetween the fins on either end then slide the jacket on which is smooth on the inside. It's a 5mm shaft on this one.

He's right. It's actually easier than most jackets.

The jacket has a smooth bore with no o ring channels.
