    Rescue Tug Project

    tug.jpgtug2.jpgtug3.jpgtug4.jpg Rescue Boat project

Purchased from Diegoboy some time ago and never got around to completing. This is his description and photo's. It is exactly as I got it from him it has just sat on the shelf.
Price lowered now $200 shipped Cont US SOLD

    Description:
New Vac-U-Tow Push tug kit with Topless deck (topless deck is much thicker/stronger) assembled
New Graupner Schottel Drive Unit I Installed
New JR MN48 mini servo installed
New ULTRA high torque low RPM Diebold XL brushed motor installed.
Custom superstructure (still needs to be tweaked for fitment)
Aquacraft AM RX & TX (not pictured)
    New Balast Trays (not pictured)
    Boat Stand (modded SV27 stand)

    Need to complete:
Brushed ESC (simmilar to this one) bench tested with a Proboat brushed ESC from a riptide
12V SLA battery of your choice
    BB's for Balast

    Instructions:
    Install your ESC,
    Install your Battery,
Place the boat in the water,
Set the superstructure on the deck (for it's weight) but leave the hull opening exposed to add BB's
add BB's till the water meets the marks I put on the hull,
    Epoxy BB's to trays,
    Install trays,
    Paint to desired scheme
    Go rescue your FE Boats

Over $330 invested in this already.(Diegoboy comment)

    Comments:
That drive unit is simply AWESOME. I love how it rotates the prop thrust almost 180 degrees.

It is a vac u tug hull 21.5 inches located NW Houston. I have had this on the shelf for a couple of years meaning to complete it the pictures are from the original owner Diegoboy. I have done nothing to it since I got it and have lost interest as now use my kayak for rescue work
