Went full HD and not using this one any more.
Canon GL3 digital (records to a mini dv tape) in very good condition, with padded case, 2 batteries (both good), charger, and printed manual.


$450.00 shipped with paypal payment in the lower 48.

It's an old school camera Todd, and shoots it's best video in in the 4:3 aspect ratio. It's capable of shooting in 16:9 wide screen which can be rendered out at 720P but the video quality is not as good.
Download to computer is done via fire wire (1394) port or USB. I's digital and the Canon GL line is known for making great video, but it's not not a true HD camera.

I do have a full HD camera I'm going to sell as well (just haven't shot the pix for it yet) I bought it a few months back and works well for boats but is about useless for shooting video of flying models since it doesn't have an eyepiece viewfinder. http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/sto...1-00001d448ddc

Finally shot some pix. This is the full HD Sony I bought new a few months ago. Link to specs in the post above. I bought it at the $595 clearance price and appears it's been discontinued since then.
Includes everything that came with the camera. Has a 16 gig internal storage and a slot for up to a 32 gig SD card. (optional and not included) I've never used the included remote or the projector function since my vids get converted to Youtube format. Works well for shooting boats but not so great for planes since it is a flip screen only viewfinder.
Same price as the Canon. $450 shipped in the lower 48 with paypal payment. Local pickup cash sale price can be negotiated and I'm still open to trades for a lightly used Neu 2215/1Y.

Reason for getting rid of these two cameras is that I just ordered one of these yesterday. Both of them work just fine. Thought I'd try listing them here before going to fee bay or craigslist.

We could very well work something out then. (I'm willing to go even up and send you a UPS call tag for the Neu but would like to see a photo or two of it 1st)
The Sony is in excellent, like new condition as well. My new DEV-3 camera is supposed to arrive Wednesday and we could make arrangements for a swap any time after that. I want to be sure I like the new one before getting rid of this one as it does make some excellent hi-def videos (even if not that great for trying to follow a fast moving flying model).

If you're interested in doing this get back to me ASAP with some photos of the 2215.
I like the new camera and will be be keeping it. About the only thing it doesn't do that the PJ250 does is shoot still photos at the same time as recording video. Having that eyepiece viewfinder makes up for it though as far as I'm concerned. If I don't hear back from you soon I'll just have Steve order me a new one and put the cameras up on craigslist.
