Greetings all,
My son and I have decided that it's time to sell the Blackjack 26 BL (Brushless). This is the original version BJ26 from Proboat with the AM TX/RX system.
ASKING PRICE: $215. PAYPAL, please. No parting out. SOLD 4/13- pending payment.
Domestic sales only.
I'm not sure on the shipping charges at this time but will calculate based on buyer's location. Will communicate accordingly.
The boat is all stock except for Castle 5.5 bullet connections for the batteries and a Traxxas waterproof steering servo.
The pictures should give a prospective buyer a feel for the condition the boat is in. I would add that the boat IS in very good condition and has not been abused. Everything works they way it should.
There are 2 small areas on the boat hull that have minor blemishs / cracks. I tried to take good pictures of these 2 areas with a camera that has limited capability - The first area is where the prop shaft tube exits the exterior of the hull- I applied a dab of epoxy at this area. The second area is in the same area but in front of where the shaft exits the hull. We applied the epoxy several years ago and have had no issues. The plastic lid for the electronics box has been epoxied where the included plastic tube anntenna holder connects.
The boat has the following stock Proboat components -
1500 brushless motor
45 amp ESC
Original carbon fiber prop
Original rudder system
Proboat AM RX/TX
*Comes in original box with original owner's manual
**ESC is set for LIPO Batteries - You will need a program card ($19 at LHS) if you prefer to run NIMH batteries.
All four screws that hold the turn fins are included. 2 of the screws are removed and will be in a small plastic bag in the bottom of the box. Currently, the boat has the turn fins turned in slightly at the bottom. A number of OSE forum members suggested adjusting the turn fins in this manner to increase the handling characteristics of the boat. New owner can simply put the screws back in if they prefer to have the turn fins in their original position. There is a dab of sealant in the screw holes to keep the water out.
I have also included an old flex shaft as a spare. I replaced this shaft because it appeared to be wearing out.

This is my first experience selling an item on this fourm. I have checked the *Items for sale* forum polices several times and believe I'm adhering to the rules. Please let me know if I'm not. I'll include a couple more photos in the next post.
Please contact me if you have questions. Thanks for looking.
