No battery or batteries are included - or a charger.

From the Aquacraft website - Both Versions Require: (2) 2S 7.4V LiPo battery packs, or (1) 4S 14.8V LiPo battery pack with compatible adapters; compatible battery charger; (4) "AA" batteries

Impulse 31 V2 has 80A esc, and EC3 connectors for batteries. Revolt has 60A esc and deans connectors. Both are 1800KV motors. Revolt has Grimm Racer running gear and Tactic radio, Impulse V2 has standard PB running gear and Spektrum radio. Those are the technical differences. Performance wise ... I don't know ... I bought a new Revolt 30 and a new Impulse 31 V1 this winter, but will have to wait for spring to run them. PB V2 is about $150 more than his asking price, too. If I already had not just bought the PB Impulse (or have a wife who thinks 5 boats is already too many) .... this one would no longer be for sale!
