25" China Mono with hardware

This is a 25" mono hull and hardware that I got in with another deal recently. The stinger has a bearing, 3mm flex and 1/8" prop shaft with a 35mm plastic prop. I don't believe it has been in the water but the motor mount is missing. The lightweight (thin) fiberglass hull has a lot of hairline cracks (in the gelcoat only) on the bottom, a slight swelling below the battery tray and other minor imperfections. The hatch has foam flotation on it. If I were to keep it I would reinforce the inside bottom, and sand/block down the outside bottom before repainting it, but it could be run as is. I believe this is the same hull with a straight shaft. They say 27" but that would be counting the rudder http://www.nitrorcx.com/99b-10016-bl...0-ep-artr.html

Nitronuts, I just found out the prop shaft is 4mm, not 1/8. It looked like 1/8" to me, and I didn't think to measure it. I hope that's not a problem.
