I checked with post office they cant tell me anything but what u did and i chked with my family cause there my neighbors and there not there either guess i just lost out on this one but its not your fault buddy

You may be able to get money back from paypal since it was paid and shipped through them. We followed their procedure, I don't mind if you go that route..
