I have an email (a few actually) showing the communications between myself and A Castle Creations employe; also, about when I should be expecting the item (the ESC pictured in post #1 of this thread) to arrive. I received the item in September 2012; the tracking number will show the exact time; and, perhaps, work as a receipt.
