got the radio not in new condition as title states it has stickers coming off and someone has tried to fix with glue i really wish you had been upfront with me about this as it is in nowhere near new condition

You can check the date on the pictures that was posted on this thread, I can even send the RAW files for extra resolution and there were NO stickers falling off and the pictures showed no cosmetic flaws... Fixed the glue? I am not sure what you are talking about here? Can you please provide details?

Ok that is what I have suspected but thought it couldn't be because you should know the difference. That is clear Protectant over that sticker, Spektrum puts clear protectant (with rubbery glue) over all of the stickers from the factory. I am sorry though I should have stated that in the ad that some of the stickers still have the protectors on them. The second and third picture show what looks like a chip that clearly is not on the picture that I have provided that was taken on November 25th, two days before I shipped it to you..

Just peel the protectors off the stickers and the sticker will look brand new. I also have a new DX3R remote, and yes it has has those clear protectors all over the stickers that I leave on as long as possible to keep them in good condition. Many people do this.

And PLEASE edit your comments on regarding this remote not being in no were near new condition..

I can attest to the like new condition of this transmitter. I just seen it a week ago and it was mint.
I really wanted to buy it but did not have the extra cash. All of 996 Turbos stuff is like new and perfectly maintained.

sticker protector it is not and in the pic you show of the screen there is no chip at the bottom of the screen and there is on the radio i got i have been in this long enough to know what a sticker protector is and this is not one but you compare the pic of the screen you posted and the radio i received looks a little different to me

Mamba2200 - It is difficult trying to read about your concerns for there is a lack of punctuation in your statements. Regardless, in the first picture that you sent, there is a clear indication of clear film backing off of a black background with orange lettering. What else could this clear film possibly be? I know that this happened on one or two of the other stickers and when noticed, without hesitation they were removed; I suggest you do the same.

I gain no benefit in trying to sell someone a remote with a chip that was not described in my advertisement. You can see in my advertisement pictures, the image file info dates fall on November 25th. After the advertisement pictures were taken, the remote was placed back into the factory packaging. I am 100% certain there was no chip when this transmitter left my home. Also it is highly doubtful that it was damaged during shipping, for that it was packaged and shipped in the factory box on the same day payment was received.

Very well. It is unfortunate that you did not private message me first regarding the matter; for I am sure we could have worked out an ultimatum. But instead, you immediately stated publicly on this forum that I am a poor seller by recognition of your statements. This is bad form. If private messaging did not resolve your concerns, you could have always publicly voiced your buying experience in the near future.
