Item 1: The F5B airplane (hi-visibility red-yellow wingtips with dark blue underside) was from the Japanese team in 2000. State of the art at that time. Geared Plettenberg (27 cell 1000mah or 26 cell 1250mah), Schulze ESC, digital servos with ultralight wires, angled prop yoke so the prop lies flat on the fuselage. Ready to go, just add batteries. Hang on, this is a 150 mph plus airplane. Not for the timid or inexperienced. With Rx on Ch32 (JR or Airtrix). $750

Item 2: The Bat Electric. Rare hollow-molded polyhedral V-tail glider (white with green trim, pod-and-boom). Has a geared 1114/4y Aveox and a Kontoniks controller. Fast, yet thermals well. Specks out under power in 20 seconds. Again, complete with Rx on Ch. 32, just add batteries and fly. $400

Item 3: Simprop Peppo (Hi-visibility wingtips wood wing with red underside). Geared 1005/2Y, SL-18 ESC with Rx on Ch. 32. Near vertical performance, two aileron servos for flap mixing. Fast and fun. I've also flown this direct drive with an 1114/4Y on 12 tiny round cells and it is a rocket. Easily tops 100 mph. $400

Item 4: Adrenalin Pylon racer (white/pink/orange). Older version with one aileron. Hard-to-find matching Russian prop spinner. Aveox 1005/3Y. Too fast for me to see on 7 of the old 500AR cells. Complete with Rx on Ch.32. $300 Sold pending receipt of funds.
