What size cells would this wrap be good for ? -
Hi Lenny, I got these to cover a 2s and 4s pack to make a 6s pack, and for that Turnigy 6s pack that had 1 bad cell. Using a heat gun, they shrink to 60-70% of it's original size, the smaller 114mm(light blue) is thicker and should shrink to 55-60% of it's original size, so there are alot of potential uses. Measure two adjacent sides of what you are trying to cover to get a rough idea of the size of shrink you'll need.Comment

Ok,
So a 5s pack with 45mm x 45mm sides could use the 114mm or 120mm right ?
And just cut length.Comment

Hey,
Is the bad cell still reading 3.00 ?Comment

Lenny, I think you got lucky on this deal. I hadn't checked that pack since April, but had it stored indoors at 72degrees give or take. Checking it now the voltage had climbed up from 3 volts to 3.7, the other cells are perfectly balanced at 3.94 each. I have it on the charger now; I'm no expert but it looks like the pack is usable the way it stands (i.e. voltage on the sixth cell isn't rapidly increasing or decreasing out of range with the other cells.)Comment

Yep, Lucky Lenny.
You got me thinking may be just a bad solder job on one of the cell wires,
Or may be a frayed wire on the balance plug some where.
Need to do some testing on that one.Comment
