Kyosho Twin Storm VE 800 Hull

    Twinstorm Hull has been sold

I'm selling a brand new unused Kyosho Twin Storm VE 800 abs hull. I picked this up and will be keeping the esc and motor. This is a very good boat and perfect for someone who has an extra motor and esc laying around. It has a steerable out drive, trim tabs and a gear reduction system. It also has the kyosho Perfex transmitter and receiver.

I'm asking $105 for it plus shipping (ups insured) to continental US without the esc, motor, plastic prop and tool kit.

I will also consider selling the hull without the driveshaft and steerable out drive ($90 plus shipping) for anyone that might want to go to a flex shaft. I'd also consider selling it without any other parts you might not need just let me know how you'd like to get it.

Let me know if you have any questions

I know you said you wanted to keep the esc and motor. But would you consider selling it complete? And for how much if you do?
      Thanks

I'd really much prefer to keep the motor and esc for a project I have coming up. That being said I'd probably only sell the boat complete for $240 plus shipping. I really like the esc and motor due to it being a name brand (orion) and the esc handling 5s and 120amps (peak is 200).

I dropped the price and also included a price for the hull with no drive shaft or steerable outdrive.

Let me know if you have any questions or wanted it less any other parts and I'd get you a price.

kv=2250, Kyosho calls it 800 motor---whatever it means. This is a fantastic deal anyway you look at it.
Are you including the motor mount/gear box for $125? If yes, will you include the pinion gear? What is the diameter of the motor shaft?
Sorry for all these questions! Thanks!

For $125 you get everything except ESC and motor (cooling jacket stays with motor).

You would get the mount, pinion, etc .

I believe the shaft is 5mm but I'll have to check later today.

It had a brushless motor but I plan on keeping it.

I just checked and the pinion is actually for a 3mm shaft.

Just bought another boat so I'm dropping the price of this hull to $115 plus shipping.

It will include everything except esc, motor, plastic prop and tool kit.

Price has been dropped a bit further.

Great for someone that just wants a good boat that's us not very easily flipable. It's also a bit different.
