    The collets are in the box and the boat had X447's on it. You might want to get some outrunner watercooling mounts from FC. I had some of these on there with the outrunners.They will bolt up thru the CF motor mounts, you may have to file off the corner if I remember right. The T180's should work well with them. you might email FC and find out what the best timing setting would be for the ESC too.

      Would you use the outrunner or somthing else, say some leopards, a little more afordable, any thoughts on some leopards?

        I switched to CC1515 2200kv motors to run a 4s class of twin drive boats we have at our club, and she ran around 63mph. The leo 2200's are real close powerwize to the CC 2200's (I have logging controllers) and will pull the X447 props, but I don't think I would try 6s on them...mmmmaybe a SAW pass. I think the outrunners are a good on 4s and should scream on 6s. You'll have to eye your temps with the FC motors, I never put X447's on them. Hope this helps.

          Yes that helps, so a 1515 2200 kv would be a leo 4082 or a 4074 ?
