This would be a great class because it involves actual driving skills and the boats are powered so the boats run pretty evenly. The set ups[strut and batt. placement] require skill. This boat has been dialed in by Mark and is fast. I am even including my mod prop with the boat. I built my first boat with Marks help, the Bardahl in my album and purchased the Edge hull, in my avatar, from Mark and finished it. I race it in the modern class. What is neat is both classes take the same power supply in Namba. The Himax and the black jack 1500 kv are the same. I use an Aquacraft 60amp esc. I have never lost an esc. There are always boats available to purchase on the Classic Thunder site. They are nice guys.

Where do you race?? What club

The class for this boat would be
          1/10 scale vintage hydroplane

Then there is 1/10 modern hydroplane which would be morn modern hulls to current date hydroplanes.

They must be in the likeness of a real boat and be to scale with real boats size according to NAMBA sizes.
These classes are raced with boats turning left like the full size boats do.

Wish our water out here Was that smooth when we raced.
Always wind and chop. Very rare for smooth water a lot of times.
