Does the Skywing work?

If it works Ill take it, I can figure out how to program it, but I would prefer to to be in working condition.

I honestly don't know for sure, but I assume it does. It powers up and seems to be in program mode (beeps a number of times depending what you do with the throttle).
For $30 it's not worth it to me to make a guarantee on, and I really don't have time to mess with it more than the 10 minutes I already invested.

Boat arrived safe and sound, thank you very much! Always wanted one but with all the newer boats I couldn't justify spending all the $$$, this is a perfect buy for me. Thanks again!
