I have emailed him Lenny and no response his last activity on the board was the 10th not much I can do. I will remind you Lenny there are a lot of new guy's on here trying to sell stuff maybe you should eb a little more discreet as to who you buy from and not pull the trigger to early. Personally I won't buy from people i don't know

Hi, Any change in status? Still no response from seller? Disputes have been started? What happens with somthing like this? It's a shame people don't have more integrity and honesty. It looked like a sweet deal. Too sweet I guess.

I have now escalated this to paypal claim, sence the guy wont responde.
I figure he never entended to send the goods after he got the money.
I feel bad for lenny he lost more money than me.

Did he ever provide anyone with any of his three Ebay accounts to check feedback? I myself have two, one for buying and one for selling. I have to keep the AWA in the closet so to speak so I can buy a good deal from time to time :) Otherwise I'd be sleeping with the boats in the workshop

He probably took it all out right after he got the transfer. Then closed his bank account so the monies could not be pulled from it. These b*&STARDS should be banned for life. See it happen all to often on fleabay as well.

Pretty sure Paypal will still refund the money. You're covered and PayPal will eat it
