                            i think some people believe it's bad form to put in a higher offer, while seller is "thinking" abut THEIR offer. like there should be a time-out in respect to considering THEIR offer. but it doesn't work like that and why should it?

                              I must be missing something because I'm new, but every time I see one of these boats I think..how much will I spend sanding of that neon green to put on a color I can stand to look at?!?
