At any rate I called Pay Pal and got it all straightened out with them. Im a bit confused by what I was told. Since the money was withdrawn from my banking account it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be complete. The funny part is it doesnt take 3-5 days for my money to get to someone when I click pay...
